The taboos and stigmas that come with self-pleasure and s3x mean many women go through years of feeling shame simply for engaging in it. No one should feel shame around self-pleasure, because it simply isn’t shameful. For co-founder of the Oh-Collective, Eden Chiang, growing up in a conservative Asian household, she was subjected to a lot of those taboos and stigmas from a young age. She spoke to us about her journey to embracing self-pleasure, and her goal of helping other women do the same.
